So, I'd rather go through the pain of cutting the Adobe umbilical at V5.7 rather than a later version.
I recognize going to subscription LR version is the easiest way to work around this if I can't get V5.7, the subscription model just doesn't work for me though. My preferred solution is to find a way to pull a V5.7 installer from Adobe's back door. I thought I'd be smart and re-iinstall V5.2 from disc and it would update me to V5.7, well that didn't work either. I've toured Adobe's website and it seems within the last 18 months they stopped support for older versions at LR6, no support extends to the point of not even posting a 5.7 installer. I got a new computer and am trying to move my Lightroom to the new PC so far, no joy.
I've been using Lightroom 5.7's print module for a long time and quite like it.
